WOR are supporting all things 7-Peaks this season as we are offering the major prize for the series this year (a cycling holiday to the Tour de France)! This Saturday, 29 November, is the Domestique Series Mt Buller Ride. The aim of the Domestique rides is to help cyclists of all abilities conquer the Victorian Alps and complete Tourism North East's 7 Peaks Challenge. The Domestique team have secured closed roads for the beautiful 17km climb from the hamlet of Mirimbah to Mt Buller Village as well as a DJ and jumping castle at the top! The ride is free, but make sure head to www.domestiquecycling.cc for further details and to register. Details of the climb itself can be found on the Climbing Cyclist website. Huge thanks to Matt and Andy for putting this together.
WOR will be up at Buller for the ride as well as staying on the mountain on the Saturday night to make a weekend of it! There's still some accommodation available at the Arlberg Hotel, who are also putting on a dinner for those staying on the mountain. We hope to see you there!
